Refunds, Cancellations and Returns
Because our products are prescription medications, all sales are generally final once an order has been placed.
An order may be eligible for a refund if it has not yet been approved by the physician team or processed for shipment by the dispensing pharmacy.
Once an order has been approved by the physician team or shipped by the pharmacy, it is generally non refundable.
If an order has been approved but has not yet shipped, we may be able to issue a partial refund. In these cases, the cost of the medication may be refunded minus the $19.00 Provider Fee, which covers administrative and processing costs associated with the required medical review.
If our physician team determines that the requested treatment is not appropriate based on your medical history or other clinical information, you will receive a full refund for your order.
We do not accept returns of prescription medications that have been shipped, regardless of whether the product has been opened, used, or remains sealed. Due to the nature of prescription medications and applicable health regulations, fulfilled medication orders are generally final and non-refundable.
Nothing in this refund policy is intended to limit any rights you may have under applicable federal or state law.
